Well this is an interesting little turn of events This also shows the issue with not knowing when to say no Little did George know that agreeing to help prepare a DIY wedding was in her future I will say though, I don t know why anyone would agree to that in the beginning Similar to so many of these series, murder just seems to follow George around like a bad omen So much so that she can t even get a car without something bad happening I personally wouldn t wanted to be in the same town that she [...]

A good fun, cozy mystery, Stacey Alabaster is very clever at producing unusual twists on the cozy mystery genre, and this is one of her best ones.I love the characters, who are all sketched out very well, some you love, some you hate and some irritate you, just as the author intends. The plot is once again very clever, with the reader being guided along towards suspecting several different suspects, and the real culprit only being revealed at the end, I have to admit that I didn t guess who it wa [...]

Wasn t a huge fan of Stacey Alabaster s Craft Circle series at first BUT my opinion has changed since reading the first 2 books I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am looking forward to what comes along next. The characters have grown on me now that their abrassive, rough edges have mellowed a bit I still find there is a bit too much drama in the protaganist s personal life for my liking I find all the drama to be annoying and importantly a distraction.Alabaster s who dunnits always include enoug [...]

George has done it again, I guess She decided she needed a car She was just tired of walking everywhere Going on line she finds a cute little number that s red, not just red but the top opens up Taking her dog to the beach he becomes very anxious After stopping to let him out he goes straight to the trunk There is a dead body inside her brand new red car And away we go Stacey has a way of keeping us guessing until the last chapter which I enjoy.Highly recommend.
